Envy Etiquette and Policies
At Envy Hair Design & Spa, we want every client to have an exceptional experience with us. To ensure we can provide the best service for all, we’ve outlined & updated a few important policies.
Booking Deposit’s & Cancellation Policies
Please note that with all our clients we do require a 50% booking deposit to secure your appointment space, this deposit is redeemable towards your appointment. We must have this deposit at a minimum of one week prior to your appointment for it to be confirmed & secured.
We do understand that life happens, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 1 business days notice, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within this one day business time period your booking deposit will be forfeited from you, and a 100% booking fee will be applied to your next appointment.
This 100% fee is redeemable towards that appointment, but please note that it will not be refunded if another late cancellation or rescheduling occurs.
We also require that your appointment is confirmed within the one business day time period, if we have not received confirmation for your appointment this may result in your appointment being cancelled.

As a small, local family-run business, last-minute cancellations or changes can be tricky for us to manage, as it’s often difficult to fill the gaps on short notice, which affects our ability to continue offering the best service to all our valued clients.

Children in the Salon and Spa
We love welcoming families into our space! However, as our salon and spa provide a relaxing atmosphere for many clients to unwind, we ask that you be mindful when bringing children into this environment. While children are always welcome, please ensure they are supervised at all times and that their presence doesn’t disrupt other clients’ experiences. We want everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed at Envy.

Mobile Phones in the Spa
To maintain a peaceful and calming environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be switched off while in the Spa area. This helps us provide an uninterrupted and tranquil experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Online Consultation Form
To ensure we deliver the best possible experience tailored to your needs, please take a moment to fill in our online consultation form prior to your appointment. This allows our stylists and therapists to be fully prepared and ready to give you the best service from the moment you arrive. If you are unable to fill this from out prior to your appointment please come into the salon 5 minutes prior to your appointment so we can give this to you to complete.
